Hi Michele,

I tried with the option --useuid but I've go a tons of error messages like this one:
- msg INBOX/333 couldn't append (Subject:[]) to folder INBOX: Error sending '523 APPEND INBOX () {0}': 523 BAD Command Argument Error. 12

{0} show that the message is 0 byte. I suspect a problem on host1. Mail-IMAPClient FETCH and APPEND calls has changed recently

Can you try with Mail-IMAPClient-2.2.9 or Mail-IMAPClient-3.25?

To try 2.2.9 you just go in the imapsync tarball extracted and
use file i2 instead of the imapsync file:

./i2 --host1 --user1 ...

The content of i2 is now:

#!/bin/sh
# $Id: i2,v 1.2 2011/03/15 01:14:15 gilles Exp gilles $

BASE=`dirname $0`
perl -I${BASE}/Mail-IMAPClient-2.2.9 ${BASE}/imapsync "$@"
# End of i2

Any idea?

I tried the test account but I could not reproduce the problem, all went well.
