Two more questions

How can I skipt the "Public folders" folder on host1.

I got the problem that the first time I run imapsync "Sent Items" is not
moved to host2 (no errors, or skipped messages). If I run imapsync for a
second time the sent items are moved to the host2. Any Ideas? In this
case I don’t care about synchronisation, just move everything from host1
to host2.
