Ok.
Try the same imapsync command line with also :
... --folder "Alexander"
Then (if it still fails) with :
... --folder "Alexander" --debug --debugimap

I don't know, imapsync only reports the last imap server error.
It seems that this last message "Invalid folder: Sent"
is related to the last folder listed previously but that also
does not exist (How can it be listed then ?):

To Folder [Sandra] does not exist yet
To Folder [Sent] does not exist yet
To Folder [Sonja] Size: 1024546 Messages: 96
...
May be this can help to avoid the wrong "Sent folder" error message:
... --nofoldersizes
