Ok! Here is the request:

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to ask if you might consider making all or part of the
TermBret term bank available under a free (open-source) licence.
As a student in the Universitat d'Alacant in Spain I have been working
on a morphological analyser for Breton[4]. Morphological analysis is an
important part of many language technologies, for example spell-checkers
and grammar-checkers.
I have managed to extract a fair amount of vocabulary from both the
French and Breton Wiktionaries[1][2] and the Breton Wikipedia[3], but
need quite a lot more to get a reasonable coverage (which currently
stands at around 60-70% for open-domain text.
My primary interest would be to receive permission to use the
inflectional information under a GPL-compatible licence. The
inflectional information is the part that describes how a word inflects.
For example:
urzhiataer | g. | urzhiataerioù
geriadur | g. | geriadurioù
adpezh | g. | adpezhioù
This would be the most useful. If you are also able to make the
translations available, that would be good, but secondary.
Many thanks for your time, and for considering this request,
Francis Tyers

2. http://br.wiktionary.org/
3. http://br.wikipedia.org/
4. http://xixona.dlsi.ua.es/~fran/breton/ -- currently recognises
~26,000 Breton word forms (from ~4,000 lemmas)

Btw, if you think it is relevant, you could include this link, which is
about a similar request to the Welsh Language Board for their Welsh
terminology lists.

Thanks again!
