AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php .php4 .php5 .phtml
DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php index.php index.php4 index.php5
LoadModule php5_module        libexec/libphp5.so
AddModule mod_php5.c

Rien de tel dans apache2.conf (si c'est bien à ça que tu pensais).
Ce n'est pas un problème car la fonction phpoinfo() a suffit à me confirmer que c'est php5.2
 qui fonctionne.
