As-tu bien dans ta conf d'apache  ceci :

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php .php4 .php5 .phtml
DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php index.php index.php4 index.php5
LoadModule php5_module        libexec/libphp5.so
AddModule mod_php5.c
