Apparement, ils ont un système de double licence, la version libre
étant un peu moins sophistiquée que la version propriétaire :

http://www.ribbonsoft.com/qcad_downloads.html
Community Edition (Sources)

QCad source code released under the GPL:
qcad-2.0.5.0-1-community.src.tar.gz
dxflib, fparser, qcadlib, qcadcmd, qcadactions, qcadguiqt and QCad -
all in one tar ball. Includes script to build everything from scratch
under any Linux / Unix system. Does not contain scripting module and
polyline support (professional module). Sources are usually released a
few months after the professional editions. Requirements: Qt developer
edition 3.3.4, C++ compiler, GNU tools. Please understand that
RibbonSoft cannot offer free support for compiling or using these
sources.
