Traitement d'images

• The GIMP Homepage -The Gimp est le programme de retouche d'image sous Linux, incontournable, livré avec la plupart des distributions (ou toutes ?), aussi puissant que photoshop, certains disent qu'il est meilleur ... Les dernières versions de développement sont "internationalisées" et donc elles parlent français !

• XV - Programme de visualisation, de manipulation et de conversion d'images, capture d'écran.

• ImageMagick - visualisation, de manipulation et de conversion d'images.

• ElectricEyes - Un clone de XV avec le look gnome. Visualisation des images d'un répertoire en vignettes dans une fenêtre.

• kShow für KDE - Viewer - Visualisation des images d'un répertoire en vignettes dans une fenêtre.

• QVV - QVV is image viewer based on TrollTech's Qt Toolkit.

• thumb - Thumb is a CGI utility for viewing a directory of images as thumbnails.

• grav : Graphic-Viewer for the Linux Console. Supported graphic formats: BMP, VGA, BGA, RLE, DIB, RL4, RL8, GIF, PCX, TIF, TGA, VSI, AFI, IFF, LBM, VID, PGM, PPM, KPS, IAX, XBM, SPR.

• KuickShow : is a fast and comfortable image browser/viewer. It supports most of the common image formats, such as gif, jpg, tiff, bmp, png, xpm, pbm and more.

   

• GTK See : A Image viewer based on X-Window system and GTK+. The main purpose is to port ACD See, which is a very popular image viewer in M$ world, to Unix platform.

• Fujiplay - Fujiplay is a program to control Fujifilm digital cameras under Unix/Linux. It allows you to download pictures, upload pictures, and delete them. You can also "press the shutter" from the computer.

• Generic Java Software for Digital Cameras - JCam is a Java application which allows digital camera owners to access and download pictures from a wide variety of popular digital cameras.

• kdcpi kodak - Kodak Digital Camera Protocol Interface.The kdcpi-gtk project will bring a full graphical version with all the features of the command line program kdcpi. It is written in Perl and uses the Gtk toolkit.

• Epson PhotoPC Software for Unix/Linux - This page describes "freeware" software which may be used to control and retrieve photos from Epson PhotoPC digital cameras under Unix/Linux, Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, and MS-DOS. This software also may work with Agfa ePhoto, Olympus D-xxxL/Z, Sanyo, Nikon Coolpix, Toshiba PDR-2, and other digital cameras based on firmware from Sierra Imaging, Inc.

• gPhoto - the GNU digital camera application - The gPhoto project is the easiest way for Digital Camera Companies to support potential customers who don't use other supported, proprietary operating systems from Microsoft and Apple.

• Open Digita Services - Digita is an "operating environment" designed by Flashpoint Technology specifically for use in digital imaging products, and currently found in digital cameras such as the Kodak DC-220, DC-260, DC-265, DC-290, and Minolta EX-1500.

Scanners

• SANE Home Page - SANE stands for "Scanner Access Now Easy" and is an application programming interface (API) that provides standardized access to any raster image scanner hardware (flatbed scanner, hand-held scanner, video- and still-cameras, frame-grabbers, etc.).

• XVScan Scanning Software - Scan with Linux, HP-UX, Solaris, FreeBSD, and BSD/OS. Based on xv with scanning extensions by Sean Reifschneider.

• ScanShop - No other scanning software for UNIX is more solid. Or easier to use. Capture and exchange images quickly and easily. Just point and click. Using ScanShop is so straight- forward, you'll wonder how you ever worked without it.

• La page de l'image numérique et des scanners : Ce site était au départ un simple comparatif de scanners assorti de quelques précisions techniques. Quelques mois plus tard, le voici devenu "la" référence francophone sur le sujet (pas difficile, c'est le seul !). On y parle, notemment de systèmes "exotiques" comme Linux ...

• Guide de la couleur et de l'image imprimée : Si vous n'avez jamais hululé de douleur en imprimant le chef d'oeuvre qui vous avait coûté des jours et des nuits de sueur. Si vous n'avez jamais eu envie de détruire à coup de masse votre scanner, votre imprimante, votre moniteur, ou les trois en même temps ... Il n'a pas raison d'être, et vous d'y perdre votre temps!
